Jordan Trimble, B.Sc., CFA
Director & President
Jordan Trimble is the Founder and President as well as a Director of Rockridge Resources Ltd. By background, he is an entrepreneur and has worked in the resource industry in various roles with numerous companies specializing in management, corporate finance and strategy, shareholder communications, deal structuring and capital raising. Previously, he was the Corporate Development Manager for Bayfield Ventures, a gold company with projects in Ontario which was successfully acquired by New Gold (TSX: NGD) in 2014. Bayfield made a high grade gold and silver discovery at its Burns Block property in the Rainy River district which is now a part of the producing Rainy River Mine.
Through his career Mr. Trimble has founded and helped manage several public and private companies and has been instrumental in raising substantial amounts of capital for mining companies with his extensive network of institutional and retail investors. He is a frequent speaker at resource and mining conferences globally and has appeared on various media outlets including BNN and the Financial Post. Mr. Trimble holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with a Minor in Commerce from the University of British Columbia and he is a CFA® Charterholder currently serving as a Director of the CFA Society Vancouver.
Grant Ewing is a professional geologist with over 25 years of experience in the mineral industry and the last 10+ years in senior executive roles. His extensive knowledge base covers the entire mine development cycle, from early stage exploration through to production, in several different commodities. Strong merger and acquisitions, corporate development, and capital markets knowledge complement Mr. Ewing’s mineral industry experience.
Mr. Ewing has been involved in exploration and development of base metals projects (predominantly copper) and has experience managing successful exploration and resource development programs in Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Geology from the University of Calgary.
Recently, he was President and CEO of Kiska Metals (2014 to 2017) until it was acquired by AuRico Metals, where he continued as Vice President Exploration of AuRico Metals until it was acquired by Centerra Gold for approximately $300 million. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of Acadian Mining (2010 to 2014) until its sale to an international mining company. Atlantic Gold later acquired and is currently developing the projects that Acadian advanced through the discovery and resource development stages.
Ron Netolitzky has had an illustrious career in the mining and exploration industry with over 40 years of experience and having been directly associated with three major discoveries in Canada that subsequently went into production: Eskay Creek, Snip and Brewery Creek. Mr. Netolitzky has been honored with the Prospector of the Year award from the PDAC, and Developer of the Year award from the BC & Yukon Chamber of Mines. In 2015, he was inducted into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame.
Joseph Gallucci, MBA, B.Comm
Mr. Gallucci is a capital markets executive with over 15 years of experience in investment banking and equity research focused on mining, base metals, precious metals and bulk commodities on a global scale. Joseph is currently the Managing Director and the Head of Mining Investment Banking at Laurentian Bank Securities Inc. His career has spanned across various firms including BMO Capital Markets, GMP Securities, Dundee Securities, and he was a founding principal of Eight Capital where he recently led their Mining Investment Banking Team.
In his previous roles he has acquired experience in corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions, business and operational development, financings and corporate strategy. He was directly involved in raising over $1 billion for mining companies with a focused expertise on Canadian base metal companies.
Prior to investment banking, Mr. Gallucci spent over a decade in equity research with a focus on global mining at both GMP and Dundee Securities. At Dundee Securities, he was a Managing Director and head of the Metals and Mining Research Team where he oversaw the complete mining franchise. He has traveled extensively visiting well over 100 mining properties across the globe. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University and an MBA in Investment Management from the Goodman Institute of Investment Management.
Corporate Development and Communications
Nick Findler has worked in various investor relations and corporate development roles with over five years of capital markets experience. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria as well as his Canadian Securities Course designation. Nick previously worked at Kin Communications, an IR firm based in Vancouver, where he worked with mining, technology and transportation companies.
Simon Dyakowski, CFA, MBA
Simon Dyakowski has over ten years of corporate finance, corporate development, and capital markets advisory experience. He holds an MBA - Finance from the University of British Columbia, is a CFA charterholder, and holds an undergraduate Finance degree from the University of Western Ontario. His recent focus is advising venture stage and growth-oriented public market issuers on deal structuring, capital markets, and corporate development strategies. He previously held relationship coverage roles at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ and Royal Bank of Canada dealing with investment grade and mid-market Canadian corporate clients in the Energy, Power & Utilities, Forest Products, and Diversified Industries sectors. His professional experience is rooted in equity research and equity sales coverage roles he held at Salman Partners and Leede Financial.
Mr. Tommasi is a former investment advisor and has served as a senior officer, director and financier of numerous public and private companies in both the United States and Canada. Mr. Tommasi has over 25 years of experience in the following: corporate development, equity, private equity and venture capital financing, IPO’s and private placements, marketing, investor relations as well as board and committee activities in junior agriculture, technology, exploration, and oil and gas companies.
He has played an integral role in the corporate marketing team that successfully attained TSX Venture 50 ranking for two consecutive years and is a member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.
Richard Kusmirski, P.Geo, M.Sc.
Director, Head Technical Advisor, and Qualified Person
Rick Kusmirski, P.Geo, M.Sc., Head of Advisory Board, has over 40 years of exploration experience in North America and overseas, and has actively participated in the discovery of a number of uranium, gold and base metal deposits. For several years, in his capacity as Exploration Manager, he directed Cameco Corporation's (TSX: CCO) uranium exploration projects in the Athabasca Basin. In 1999, Rick joined JNR Resources becoming Vice President of Exploration in 2000. Subsequently, he directed the exploration program that led to the discovery of the Maverick Zone on the Moore Lake uranium joint venture in the Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan with partner Kennecott Canada.
Rick became JNR's President and CEO in January of 2001. In February of 2013, Denison Mines Corp. (TSX: DML) successfully acquired all of the outstanding shares of JNR by way of a friendly all-share take-over bid.
Don Huston is an independent Director of Skyharbour Resources Ltd. He has been associated with the mineral exploration industry for over 30 years and has extensive experience as a financier and in-field manager of numerous mineral exploration projects in North America. He was born and raised in Red Lake, Ontario and spent 15 years as a geophysical contractor with C.D. Huston & Sons Ltd. as mineral exploration consultants in Northern Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan.
Mr. Huston serves as a Director of 5 Canadian public resource companies.
Ms. Collins is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Ms. Collins has 12 years' experience working in the public sector and is well versed in the financial reporting requirements of public companies. Ms. Collins currently serves as an officer for two other public companies.
James Pettit is a Director of Rockridge Resources. Mr. Pettit has been President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Aben Resources Ltd. since November 2002. Mr. Pettit is currently serving on the board of directors of six publicly traded companies and offers over 25 years of experience within the industry specializing in finance, corporate governance, executive management and compliance. Mr. Pettit was previously Chairman and C.E.O. of Bayfield Ventures Corp. which was bought by New Gold Inc. in January 2015.
